Promoting your services

1. Showing your services

If you ​have pictures that can illustrate each one of your facilities and services, please do send it to usWe can also add a Youtube Video to your service page. 

What type of pictures are we looking for?

  • High-quality images (good lighting and overall quality)

  • Landscape format

Examples:

  • Aerial image of your installations

  • Picture of a well-known service

  • Images that include people and services

2. Let's put the 'social' in social media 

We’re happy to promote your facility through AQUASERV’s channels, and there are several ways we can do this:

Option 1: You share a post about your services, highlighting the possibility of accessing them through AQUASERV. We will then amplify your post through our channels.

Option 2: You send us images, and we create a dedicated post to showcase your facility on AQUASERV’s main channel. Note: This option will be used once we have a strong number of partners to highlight, but please do send us!

Option 3: You feature AQUASERV at events. If you plan to do so, let us know in advance, and we will share your participation through our channels. For detailed guidelines, please check the events section.

We want to show you off!

We post weekly. Social media is all about socialising, so if you could like or comment on our posts from time to time, your followers might see this action and help us reach more people.

Collaborating in events

Events are powerful opportunities to promote AQUASERV, so we kindly ask for your support in promoting AQUASERV whenever you attend an event where funded opportunities can be showcased to researchers. In return, we’re happy to share your event activities.

To help increase our visibility, we’ve prepared a few resources you can use when taking part in events.

A picture (and a report) or it didn't happen!

These events are key moments to bring AQUASERV out of the digital sphere and into face-to-face interactions. We want to support you in any way we can.

Before the Event: 

  • If you are planning your presence at an event and include AQUASERV promotion, please add that information into the Excel Report
     

  • If you will be presenting AQUASERV specifically, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare for and promote your presentation through our channels.​
     

  • ​If you are going promote your presence at an event in social media, please tag @AQUASERV.

During the Event: 

  • Please bear in mind that you will need to provide some form of output from your communication activity, such as the number of participants. Please refer to the Excel Report for more information.

  • Please take a picture of yourself with AQUASERV promotional material and provide a short testimonial about the event and its impact on the project.

After the Event: 

  • Send us the picture and your testimonial so we can feature you on AQUASERV social media. 
     

  • If you're institution happens to promote your presence in the event, please tag @AQUASERV
     

  • Please fill in the rest of the information in the Excel Report.

NOTE: It is mandatory for all partners to report all communication and dissemination activities​​
